BJB Consultancy awarded £50million development for City Loft Developments in Sutton Coldfield with Alfred McAlpine acting as the main contractor. The project will consist of retail, leisure, residential apartments and multi-storey car parks.

March 2007
BJB Consultancy are proud to have been awarded, for the second time a 4 year partnering contract delivering professional services and acting as lead consultants for West Yorkshire Police. This will consist of the complete design and construction of various scale projects throughout the Yorkshire region with an annual expenditure of over £20Million.

June 2007
Commencement of two hotel complexes for Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn Plaza in Sheffield with a contract value of £23million.

November 2007
The managing director and his daughter will be participating in the Niall Mellor Township Challenge. Traveling to South Africa, Basil and Tara Basray will spend a week working on the construction of small dwellings. These small dwellings will then provide new homes for the people in need, in the townships of Cape Town. Total donations received to date are in excess of £6000 and counting!
